To apply, you must first create an account on our website. Once registered, you can submit your works digitally by the deadline and physically deliver your artworks to the venue.

Each artist must submit a minimum of 2 and maximum of 12 artworks.

The artworks must be submitted within a CD case. You can use any material or medium (e.g., paper, three-dimensional works), but it must fit the CD case. Techniques like painting, drawing, and printmaking are allowed, but digital prints are not accepted.

We reserve the right to reject artworks that do not meet our guidelines, including works that are undried, sticky, or otherwise unsafe to handle or exhibit.

Artists pay a small sign-up fee that helps fund the festival's production. This fee ensures that artists can submit and deliver up to 10 artworks for consideration.

The deadlines are:

• Early Bird (10€): Until November 23, 2024

• Standard (25€): November 24-30, 2024

• Last-Minute (40€): December 1-4, 2024

There are three deadlines for digital submissions. Each has a different fee to encourage timely submissions. The earlier you submit, the lower the fee.

If your physical artwork does not arrive by the deadline or is not selected for exhibition, it will not be featured in our online catalog or website.
